  Hamilton Landing
Hamilton Landing consists of four office buildings ttotaling 250,000 sf of new office space created from historic aircraft hangars at a former military base in Novato, California
  900 E. Hamilton Avenue
900 E. Hamilton involved the creation of two six story office towers total ing 350,000 sf in Campbell, Ca. The buildings were designed for both multi tenant and single tenant use. During the last 14 years the building has been used as both single (Apple Computer) and multi-tenant building.
  1333 N. California
1333 N. California is an example of downtown, urban, in-fill offices. Located in Walnut Creek, California, the project includes two, seven story office towers of three levels of parking with existing buildings on all sides.
  Technical Building, Skywalker Ranch
The Technical Building at Skywalker Ranch is a 105,000 sf post production film studio. Created for film maker George Lucas
  Novato Cultural Arts Center
The Novato Cultural Arts Center is the renovation and conversation of the Hamilton Field headquarters buildings into a cultural center for Novato. The buildings totaling approximately 26,000 sf in four buildings required all new interior systems, siesmic upgrades while leaving the historic exterior and lobby in place. Woodley, Wright & Lynn was retained for entitlements, financing, development management and ultimate transfer to the City of Novato.
