Hamilton Master Plan
Woodley, Wright & Lynn was retained with Goldman, Sachs & Co to provide complete management of the redevelopment of Hamilton Field in Novato, CA. This $350 million master plan redevelopment of a former military base included all development aspects from, community relations to entitlements to land acquisition to infrastructure construction to community creation to land sales to home builders.

Woodley, Wright & Lynn solved the multitude of challenges confronting the redevelopment of a military base from obtaining acts of Congress to environment clean-up to maintaining long term community relationships.
  The Villas at Hamilton
Woodley, Wright & Lynn was retained by RHC Communities to provide development management services for the creation of 128 units of senior affordable housing in a former enlisted men’s barracks. RHC Communities as a provider of affordable housing had never developed a property from the ground-up nor taken on a complex rehab project. Woodley, Wright & Lynn provided entitlement processing, design & construction management as well as project close out services.
  Novato Cultural Arts Center
Novato Cultural Arts Center is the heart of the community of Hamilton, located in Novato, CA. Woodley, Wright & Lynn was retained by the New Hamilton Partnership to manage the approval, design, construction and transfer of four buildings are part of the Hamilton Master Plan.
  900 East Hamilton
900 East Hamilton is 2 six story office buildings total 350,000 sf located in Campbell, CA. This project included entitlements , design , construction, finance and leasing. After commencing construction, both buildings were leased to Apple Computer, Inc.
