Hamilton
Field Master Plan
Hamilton Field is a complete new community redeveloped at a former military
based. This new community includes abroad range of housing opportunities, office,
commercial, retail, recreation and community areas. After the property languished
in controversy for more than 18 years, Woodley, Wright & Lynn teamed up
with Goldman, Sachs & Co and The Martin Group to create community consensus
and received approval of the master plan in less than 18 months. This remains
the largest single approval ever completed in Marin County, CA |

Kensington
Place Apartments
Kensington Place apartments is a high density, 186 unit community located in
Sunnyvale, CA. A former trucking terminal was to be converted to apartments
which would increase property vales in the neighborhood. However, the adjacent
property held a senior, mobile home community that was concerned that rising
property values could threaten the redevelopment of their property. Working
with the adjacent seniors to address noise, visual, construction and other
issues, the project was approved by the City Council without a single objection
from the neighborhood. |

Hamilton Landing
Hamilton Landing consists of seven old aircraft hangars converted to new office
buildings totaling 435,000 sf. Woodley, Wright & Lynn was retained to
obtain precise plan and design review approvals. Given the need for flexibility
in the reuse of the buildings, several various architectural options were
submitted and approved. This allowed the owner to market the properties to
a wide variety of users. |

Port & Sunny Cove
Newport and Sunny Cove is a single family neighborhood of 238 homes, the largest
neighborhood in Marin County. Woodley, Wright &Lynn obtained the tentative
map and precise plan approval from submission of application to City Council
approval in less than 12 weeks. |

The
Villas at Hamilton
The Villas at Hamilton is an affordable, senior, apartment
community of 128 units located in Novato, CA. A former enlisted
men’s barracks was rehabilitated in the center of a
new community. The affordable housing approval was obtained
by addressing the issues of the single family neighbor hoods
on both sides of this development. Due to changing market
conditions, Woodley, Wright & Lynn was retained to entitle
this first for assisted living and when the market for assisted
living collapsed, to reapprove the project for independent
living. |
