As
projects near completion, many times the developer is focused
on the next project or the superintendent is starting the
next project and is expected to take time from the new
project to complete punch list and other items to close
out a project. The close-out, punch-list and agency acceptance
of the various parts of the project are frustrating, delayed
and time consuming. Rather than take a developer’s
